Amaranta Mojito

Makes 1 Mojito
Each serving should served in a 14 oz. beverage glass

Ingredients

2 oz. Bacardi Light Rum (Bacardi Flavored Rums are also great to use)
6 Lime chunks
6 Mint Leaves
2 tbsp. White Granulated Sugar
1/2 can Soda Water
5 inch piece Sugarcane stick

Directions

1. In a mixing glass, add the lime chunks, mint leaves and sugar
2. Muddle until all the ingredients are crushed and pulverized
3. Add rum to the mixture
4. Shake all contents vigorously for 10 seconds
5. Garnish with a salt rim and sugar cane stick
6. Pour mixture into a 14 oz. beverage glass
7. Top glass with soda water
