6 cups house-made La Copa Loca Artisan Root Beer Gelato
6 - 12 oz bottles of IBC Cream Soda, chilled
6 ice cream parlor cups
6 smoothie straws
6 spoons for serving
Each scoop should be about 1/2 of a cup. Place 2 scoops of Root Beer Gelato into each ice cream parlor cup. Serve each parlor cup with 1 chilled cream soda bottle on the side. Pour the cream soda over the gelato to your taste and consistency. Enjoy with a spoon, straw, or both!
